Beginnings
Welcome to the Kim School of Discipleship! I wanted this platform to document our journey as a minister's family, as a family who homeschools, as a family who takes sabbath. There are so many facets to our lives, it's hard to categorize it as one thing, but hopefully, we can use this blog here to touch on each of these. Sabbatical is right around the corner for us. Two weeks to be exact. I don't even know how its going to be or how I'm supposed to feel! I know that my husband is going through a lot of emotions. Fear, anxiety, then at the same time fear, joy, excitement at the thought of complete rest and time with the family. My worries seem to be more related to our health and survival during the sabbatical. Where will we stay, what will we eat, what will we do? My greatest fear is that the sabbatical will slip by and we will have missed something.
